Ann Clayton, CDirFIOD Chair
Ann started her career as a computer programmer and worked her way up the ladder to her first management role. Over the years she gained her management experience, outside of IT, in sectors such as finance, manufacturing, and retail. Read More
Karen Daly-Gherabi, Managing Director
Karen became Managing Director of The Springboard Consultancy in May 2016, after a career as a Senior Officer in the British Army, promoting excellence, development, achievement, and diversity. This was followed by 12 years working for The British Council in the Middle East creating international opportunities and building trust and engagement through education, training and cultural relations.
Karen introduced the award-winning Springboard Women’s Development Programme into the Middle East whilst with the British Council, so had seen first hand the positive impact that the programme has had on more than 17,000 women, including the network of trainers, across both the Middle East and North Africa.
Throughout her career, Karen’s passion has been for developing people through training, development and creating opportunities so that everyone can be the best they can be and this is where Karen gets her true sense of satisfaction. She is thrilled to now be part of the Springboard Consultancy, whose international work across 45 countries together with a track record of having had more than 250,000 people experience their life changing programmes. Karen says “I am living my dream in helping progress equality across societies”.
Georgina Pullen, Senior Training Consultant
Georgina joined the Consultancy team in 2000 and actively delivers all our personal development programmes across the UK and worldwide. She both trains and licenses our new Springboard trainers.
Georgina is committed to the personal development of others, particularly women. She is an experienced trainer with an enthusiastic approach to her development work. She has an impressive 25-year track record of delivering top quality training across a variety of government and private sector organisations.
Georgina builds rapport and strong relationships with colleagues, clients and participants and has a positive outlook on life, living the values of our development programmes personally.
Moira Frost, Project Manager
Moira managed and delivered IT training and development projects in NatWest and RBS for 12 years, with a further two years at Ofsted responsible for a training and change management programme that introduced home-working to HM Inspectors.
Moira joined Springboard in 2016 after a career break. Moira is now responsible for managing major Springboard projects, implementing its social media policy as well as providing general support and assistance to the Managing Director.
Celia Morrison-Smith, Accounts Manager
Celia has worked for Springboard for 25 years – trained in Office Studies whilst at college, she deals with all our accounts, trainer programme records and client contracts. Celia continues to be amazed by the diverse and inspiring people that are part of Springboard and share in her joint passion to develop themselves both personally and professionally.
Celia says her long-time role as has given her huge flexibility in her work whilst her children were young. She also sings, reads, gardens and loves the theatre.
Kathy Connell, Senior Administration Manager
Kathy is the first point of contact for all Springboard clients and the consultancy’s network of 400 licensed trainers. Kathy has worked with The Springboard Consultancy since 2005 providing much-needed continuity and adapting her role to meet the many changing needs of the business throughout her service.

Emma Anderson, Sales Support Executive
Emma is a new addition to the Springboard team having recently returned to work after a career break to bring up her young family. She joins us with a wealth of experience in both project and account management and supports Georgina on the sales & training team. Emma is very interested in health and well-being and says it is key to her own happy work-life balance.
Mariam Daher, Middle East Regional Lead
Fiona Carlisle – Sales Support Executive
Fiona worked at Loughborough University for 12 years in their award-winning conference and events operations. She joins the team with a wealth of experience in business development, sales and event management within both the corporate and higher education sectors.
Fiona works alongside Emma and Georgina in Springboard’s busy sales and training team and is our latest recruit, having recently returned to work after a career break to bring up her family.
