Sue brings to the consultancy her very successful experience in business development in the computer software world. She puts much of this success down to developing excellent long term relationships with clients, and this, along with her wide business experience and specialist knowledge of e-commerce, goes a long way to explaining her exemplary track record in business development. Sue is responsible for devising and implementing the consultancy's business development strategy, focusing especially on our relationships with clients and support for the international network of Springboard Consultancy licensed trainers. Her contribution to the Springboard Consultancy is in the research, design and delivery of both our mainstream programmes and any new courses or materials that our clients require. Sue works alongside her colleagues in the training of licensed trainers around the world and the design and writing of e-learning materials. Sue is well known for her enthusiasm, energy and passion for personal and work development and for her imaginative approach to learning.
Georgina Pullen – Senior Training Consultant
Georgina completes the core training team at The Springboard Consultancy. She has an impressive track record of over 20 years of delivering top quality training inside both public and private sector organisations, most notably (before joining us) inside British Telecom. Georgina delivers our courses around the UK for a wide variety of clients, receiving excellent feedback and building relationships. Her natural warmth and infectious enthusiasm add value to her high professional skills with groups and on a one-to-one basis. In addition to training delivery, Georgina also manages large projects, which often involve the co-ordination of teams of licensed trainers nationwide.
