The Springboard
Women's Development programme has been running in South Africa for many years, due to the
determination and enthusiasm of Linsey Cook, who travelled to the UK to become licensed.
More women followed in Linsey's footsteps, so there is now a committed group of trainers based in Johannesburg who run programmes both inside
large organisations and in the townships.
