The Springboard Consultancy Annual Conference 2009

Our annual conference is the highlight of our year. Once a year, we get together with the licensed trainers in the UK, and some from overseas, to network, compare notes, celebrate successes, hear from a top keynote speaker and gain new skills and ideas for the coming year. Trainers often report back enthusiastically on how much the annual conference means to them and, particularly for those trainers working in isolation, it provides a unique opportunity to meet and network with trainer colleagues.

The 2009 conference was held at Dunchurch Park, near Rugby, on a perfect sunny summers day, and was deemed by many people to be our best conference ever! We were especially delighted to have Chief Constable Julie Spence, Cambridgeshire Constabulary, as our keynote speaker, who challenged and inspired us in equal measure. In addition, there were practical workshops on a wide range of topics to enable all of us to keep enhancing the programmes we deliver.
