The Springboard Consultancy Annual Conference 2011

Our annual conference is the highlight of our year. Once a year, we get together with the licensed trainers in the UK, and some from overseas, to network, compare notes, celebrate successes, hear from a top keynote speaker and gain new skills and ideas for the coming year. Trainers often report back enthusiastically on how much the annual conference means to them and, particularly for those trainers working in isolation, it provides a unique opportunity to meet and network with trainer colleagues.

The 2011 conference was held at Horwood House near Milton Keynes. We were delighted to welcome Michael Heppel as our keynote speaker, who gave a really upbeat and inspiring speech on How to be Brilliant! Michael came back after lunch and ran a workshop on Brilliance in Action, which was needless to say, brilliant!  The feedback from participants was really enthusiastic, many said that it was the best Springboard Consultancy conference so far!

The theme this year was 'Feeding the Flame' and the vital fuel to keep our personal flames alive was provided by inspirational and developmental workshops and the fantastic opportunity to network with old and new friends and colleagues.

At the conference we were pleased to celebrate the oldest and newest additions to the Springboard Consultancy team. Georgina Pullen has been with the Springboard Consultancy in the role of Senior Training Consultant for 10 years, joining the Consultancy when we first moved to our training centre at Holwell in Autumn 2001. She has been a valued and key member of the team since then. We also welcomed Sue Hewitt as the newest member of the company, joining us last October as the new Head of Learning and Development.
