A valuable text, crammed full of statistical
evidence and quotes about women-only training. Particularly useful for trainers, HR
professionals and anyone else who is putting together a case for women-only training.
The authors conducted a survey of
3,421 women who had participated in a range of different women-only training. They
were asked for their opinions on many aspects of their experience, including what they
considered to be the advantages and disadvantages of the training and how their opinion of
women-only training changed once they had experienced it for themselves.
