Every time I go to deliver a springboard workshop I feel worried and excited at the same time; worried because of the responsibility towards the participants and the British Council and excited because I know that the information I am about to share is very valuable and beneficial for the self development of the participants on both professional and personal levels.

This time after finishing the fourth workshop, I really felt very satisfied and happy because I succeeded to deliver the whole message; I can know that from their expressions, eyes and the positive feedback.

It's so strange that I find a piece of myself in every woman’s life as if we all women are one and same, one of the same kinds like flowers all the same but of different colours
