- The Learning Skills Council choose Springboard and Navigator for their own staff. We delivered 17 programmes in six months to 412 people, nationwide, using a total of ten licensed trainers.

- Taking older workers seriously. With new age discrimination legislation having taken effect in the UK on 1 October 2006, development of older workers is of topical interest.
- Women in the Police - Mark Two. Springboard was asked to exhibit at the relaunch of the Gender Agenda 2 in London.
- Batteries recharged at Good Housekeeping. Two Springboard taster workshops are run at the legendary Good Housekeeping Institute by Liz Willis and Georgina Pullen.
- Kuwait gives Springboard the thumbs up! Jenny Daisley, Chief Executive,is invited by Jamie Turner from the British Embassy to run a three day Springboard taster event for Kuwaiti women.
