The Springboard Women's Development programme - Australia

The Springboard Women's Development programme has been an enormous success in Australia where it was launched in 1992 in response to enthusiastic demand.

Since then, the programme has gone from strength to strength with over 230 organisations using the Springboard programme and over 15,000 women participating. The programme also won an award for being the most effective staff development initiative in universities.

There is a very successful special Australian edition of the Springboard workbook now in its second edition.

The network of Springboard licensed trainers is especially active and enthusiastic in Australia with the trainers having lots of experience of using the programme in a wide variety of organisations. Contact them direct on trainers.

We occasionally offer the Springboard trainers licensing course in Australia. Check course dates. Otherwise there is a track record of Australian trainers travelling to the UK to be licensed.
