their progress. Many may be in managerial roles but this is not an essential
requirement.
If you are already familiar with the Springboard or Navigator
programmes, you'll notice some similarities in approach and subject matter in Spring
Forward, but this programme tackles issues in much greater depth and at higher
levels in organisations.
