Trainers Licensing Courses

If you want to be licensed for one of our programmes, we are the only people who can deliver. You’ll be working with the originator of the programme you choose. No-one delivers trainer’s licensing courses on our behalf. You’re getting the real thing.

We’ve trained and licensed over 1,000 trainers across over 27 countries around the world, so we know what we’re doing. Our process is well tried and tested and is very popular with trainers and organisations alike.

What is it?

Trainers licensing courses are fully residential, run intensively over five days. Successful completion of the course results in a three-year, renewable licence to deliver the programme of your choice and to use our intellectual copyright and registered logo. You’ll also receive a certificate, exclusive to licensed trainers, in celebration of your achievement.

First choose which of these programmes you want to deliver, and then choose the corresponding trainers licensing courses -

  • the ‘Springboard’ women’s development programme
  • the ‘Navigator’ development programme for men
  • the ‘Spring Forward’ programme for people on the way up
  • the ‘Fresh Steps’ programme for older workers.

Who is it for?

Anyone who fulfils the selection criteria. Contact us to request application details. You do need to have some training experience already under your belt.

For freelance trainers, becoming licensed instantly gives them another course to add to their repertoire and saves them the time, money, hassle and risk of having to research, design and develop their own courses from scratch.

For organisations, having their own trainers licensed in-house immediately makes them self-sufficient in training provision. It also saves them the time, money, hassle and risk of having in-house trainers busy researching, designing and developing courses from scratch when they could be out and about delivering them.

What does it consist of?

An intensive five day residential course, backed up by a massive, exclusive trainers manual. Run regularly at Holwell, our environmentally-friendly residential training centre in Devon.

If you have several trainers you want licensed or if you are outside the UK, it may be easier and cheaper for you to ask us to come to you. You provide the venue and the trainers and we’ll provide the rest.

What results can I expect?

Trainers leave their trainer’s course fully prepared to set up and deliver the programme they have chosen and with the enthusiasm, commitment and skills to get on with it. They usually gain a great deal for their own personal and work development as well – something that they may not have expected and which comes as a surprising bonus!
