Vodafone and Springboard
Vodafone in Luxembourg completed their first Springboard course in June 2011. The Luxembourg business attracts women from across the globe and there were 10 nationalities represented amongst the participants. The course was run by Dr Sue Hewitt, Head of Learning and Development at the Springboard Consultancy.
The women reported significant positive changes during the course including achieving a lifetime ambition of buying an apartment. Aspects of the course that were most important including networking with women from other parts of the business, being inspired by other women's stories, learning about assertiveness and considering others perceptions of you from the image that you project.
